Robert Kelley Woods - President
Robert Kelley Woods has over 15 years of construction and project management experience developing single-family subdivisions, multi-family housing developments, transportation districts and land management. Kelley played key roles in the construction process, which include scheduling, project management, and project engineering. Kelley’s experience constitutes managing a $65 million light rail project for Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority and was project engineer on a $670 million San Francisco Airport BART station and coordinated the construction activity for a $17 million project for Ford Motor Company. |

Robert Woods - Vice President Estimating & Pre-Construction
Robert Woods has over 30 years construction and development experience, which consists of City Planning, Housing Development, School Inspections, School Construction, and Housing Design. Mr. Wood’s knowledge of construction and design has afforded him the opportunity to work with municipalities, CALTRANS, office of the state architect, Empowerment Zones, and HUD. Mr. Woods holds Bachelor of Architecture from Tuskegee University and has served as a member of the American Institute of architects national housing committee and a vice president of National Minority Contractors Association. His Accomplishments include Master planning the City of San Francisco Yeuba Buena Center by assisting the Mayor’s Select Committee. As a principal of his own company, Mr. Woods managed developments during construction, advised school boards on strategic planning, quality control, and represented various agencies during project construction.

R. Correy Woods - Vice President of Marketing
R. Correy Woods holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tuskegee University. As a Project Manager, Correy has worked in numerous capacities for R.K. Woods, Inc. In addition, he manages the marketing, client services and business development activities in the San Francisco Bay Area and has recently expanded those duties to the Houston, Texas Area. His passion for building and developing is the cornerstone for R.K. Woods’, Inc. commitment to excellence.
