Program Management
R.K. Woods, Inc. puts the sophisticated management skills of the Contractor directly into the hands of the Owner. As an extension of the Owner's staff, RKW's Program Management team can directly control contractor coordination, material procurement, and subcontractor pricing thereby eliminating the "middle man" markups. The Owner also eliminates the adversarial relationship inherent in the typical Owner-General Contractor process. The Owner can, with RKW Program Management assistance, become the General Contractor. Cooperative relations with the designer are also enhanced. |

CPM Scheduling
R.K. Woods, Inc. can relieve some management burden while adding significant expertise to the Contractor's capabilities. Specification requirements can be satisfied by utilizing RKW's computerized resources without the Contractor having to make a serious financial investment in computer hardware and software himself.
Utilizing the latest software, RKW's CPM Scheduling can provide initial schedules and progress updates that allow the maximum flexibility in the utilization of manpower and other resources. Problems are identified before they are encountered not after they occur. Owners and Designers can also utilize these services when evaluating Contractor schedules and change order proposals. |

Constructability Review
Helps avoid a significant number of project problems. RKW "builds" the project on paper to assess drawing and specification coordination, unusual resource requirements and phasing difficulties. A Constructability Review should be a mandatory addition to every Designer's services to an Owner. |

Project Estimating
RKW provides quality budget estimates of project scope to assist clients in preparing bids and project pricing.
